By creating an account or using Tradewright, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms form a binding agreement between you and The Wright Ones LLC. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Tradewright provides AI-assisted quoting tools for residential contractors. AI-generated quotes are provided as a starting point and should be reviewed before sending to clients. We do not guarantee the accuracy of pricing estimates, and you are solely responsible for the final quote you send to any client.
You must be 18 or older and have authority to bind any business you represent. One account per person or business entity. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Tradewright Pro is billed monthly at $99/month. Payment is processed by Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. No refunds are issued for partial months, except where required by law.
You agree not to: use the service for any illegal purpose; attempt to reverse engineer or copy the service; use automation to generate quotes at scale beyond your subscription limits; submit false or misleading information; or interfere with other users or our infrastructure.
Quotes generated by Tradewright are AI-produced suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing all AI output before using it commercially. The Wright Ones LLC is not liable for any losses arising from the use of AI-generated quotes without your independent verification.
You retain ownership of your business data and quote content. You grant us a limited license to store and process it to provide the service. The Tradewright platform, software, and branding are owned by The Wright Ones LLC and may not be copied or used without permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Wright Ones LLC's total liability to you for any claims arising from use of Tradewright shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms, with or without notice. You may close your account at any time by emailing alan@landwright.pro.
