1. Who we are

Tradewright is operated by The Wright Ones LLC ("we," "us," "our"). We provide AI-powered quoting software for residential contractors. Our contact email is alan@landwright.pro.

2. What we collect

We collect the following information:

Account data: name, email address, and password (hashed) when you sign up
Business profile: company name, phone, address, license number, and trade type
Quote data: job descriptions, client names, client email addresses, and AI-generated quotes you create
Usage data: which features you use, when you log in, and error logs for debugging
Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number

3. How we use your data

To provide and improve the Tradewright service
To generate AI quotes using your job descriptions (sent to Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and Perplexity APIs)
To send transactional emails (quotes, invoices, account notifications)
To process payments via Stripe
To prevent fraud and abuse

4. AI providers

When you generate a quote, your job description and relevant context is sent to third-party AI APIs to produce the quote content. We use Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (GPT-4o mini), Google (Gemini), and Perplexity. Your data is subject to their respective privacy policies and data processing terms. We do not opt in to training data sharing with any of these providers.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with:

Supabase — database and authentication
Stripe — payment processing
Resend — transactional email delivery
Railway — cloud hosting
AI providers — as described in section 4
Law enforcement — when required by law

6. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time by emailing us. Upon deletion, your personal data is removed within 30 days. Quote data may be retained in anonymized form for service improvement.

7. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication (Supabase session tokens). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

8. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing alan@landwright.pro.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Significant changes will be emailed to active subscribers. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
